We like the Wesley Chapel area and are contemplating acquiring one or two 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom properties in the $400,000 price range.

You'll find it's a whole different game than your rental property in a high cost state.

If not the bank starts the process that's the issue I see..Then don't get me started on the bad actors who will learn this and will not give two shakes for the seller .. once they realize their credit is not on the line .. rip rents all sorts of bad stuff. that's were i get the heartburn..

I haven’t attending any meetups yet that because my grandmother passed away two weeks ago.

Two banks would only use the income statement which show very little income, but not bank statements from the last 3 years.
