This is a great sire to learn and get the nerve to really pull the trigger.

Although I haven't yet pulled the trigger yet on my first deal, I learned a lot in past few months.

Then you will know if you are ready to pull the trigger or need to wait until those conditions are met.

Nothing here is triggering me to be overly concerned about all this outside of my other commentary.It is a little strange the Seller would offer to buy it back, however with the number of folks who try and buy loans to get a deed, I would not be overly concerned about it.  

This becomes tacky when it dries.

I won't pull the trigger on the investment unless I am super comfortable with it.She got the mortgage like 15 years ago.

The inventory of listings is also drying up- so sell or rent- now's the time.!

@Steve B. nails it . do you believe that an insurance company will actually not find a loop hole to leave you high and dry?

I've called Atlanta home for the last 6 years where I currently work in the digital advertising industry.I have grown more and more interested in real estate investing over the past year and I'm finally at the point where I'm ready (and able) to pull the trigger on my first property. 

. ;-)   This will either be a flip (to another investor) or we will hold it - decision need not be made until have gutted and are dried in (rewired, air sealed, insulated,  new windows and doors, and hung drywall).
