I then used closed cell spray foam to ensure that it was encapsulated from the interior.I am not saying this was the best solution, but what I did.  

A few drought-resistant plants near the back door will help, too.If budget allows, invest in as many hardy trees that will tolerate the dry climate, grow fast and upward against the back fence, to soften the huge two-story apartment staring down at you.

The odds that this is a possible solution are pretty slim but it may be worth a call to whoever supplies your water.

It must be flat, and have no trees or buildings that block the sunlight.

I’m new to REI and have heard that partnering with Self-Directed IRA Investors is a good solution for raising funds.

I would say that there is probably a better solution than buying D-class headaches.
