A Home Inspector is going to check all of the systems of the house to make sure they are functioning correctly and should include travelling on the roof, inspecting the attic, and crawling through the crawl space.  

So far I have called State Farm, Travelers, Liberty Mutual, Nationwide, and Geico.

Then I would google to see what baby boomers most want while traveling/ renting a vacation rental.

Hello All,I’ve actually been a member of BP for many years however just not active.I’m in San Clemente, CA and I plan on attending the meet up in a couple of weeks.I know it’s difficult around here to invest however I have the time now and some capital and I’m starting to look for any opportunities that may exist.I’m open to partnerships with other investors or maybe even out of state properties.Mostly looking to flip however open to buy and hold.In the past I have owned three rental properties in AZ, fixed one of them up and sold for a decent profit.I currently own my home in San Clemente and have owned two other prior primary residences.I also bought a place in Laguna Woods a few years ago with the intention to flip.As it turns out, after the rehab, my Mom needed a place to live and so it goes.On another note I have a commercial pilots license and while I just sold my plane, I am looking for another one.I say this because generally speaking it’s easy for me to travel the western states.I look forward to meeting as many of you as I can and learning as much as I can.Feel free to contact me.Thank you,Tony

My main intention and goal of this direction is in hopes of creating an income and lifestyle that continues to allow me to travel and seek new opportunities and adventures.

It sounds like with the way you travel you will not be able to manage the properties too much yourself.

Long story short- this owner called that night and gave me this long sob story about his ex dying and the county screwing up the title transfer and all her medical bills he had to pay even though they were divorced, and more things I can't remember.

Several properties I found were under contract before the listing agent or my agent could get me in to see them and trying to schedule a contractor to look at them with me and an agent is almost impossible.I do travel overnight with my day job and have no plans of leaving in the near future.
