I am re-building my websites right now to incorporate a word press so I can blog to generate more traffic.

If he didn't relocate within a few blocks, he'll lose his clientele, as this in in a congested area in NYC, people don't jump into their cars and drive 30 minutes to visit a doctor.

I own 2 commercial buildings on a very high traffic 4 lane road (50,000 + per day) very good location, purchased 15 years ago and used it for my company, expanded to another building next door.  

Home remodel will be hard since you have to attend school in the day, but some kind of traffic-critical construction, emergency tradesman, or off-hour landscaper could be possible. if none of those are possible, get a traditional teen job and save up as much money as possible. once you graduate, go to college.

Most of the traffic are from wedding guests in the area and people traveling for business.

There's a lot of ideas to generate traffic.

@Jack B.Easy- Explain to him that’s cool and all, but you’re there to video the unit to post all over social media to boost traffic.

I got up that early because I despise traffic.

Not all Traffic is equal!!

Just like MLM  real estate has been attacked by the dream merchants  IE real estate guru's its a great gig for them  they make boat load of money.I like the line from the Traffic song   Low Spark of the high heeled boys.it goes like this" the man bought a new suit on your dreams "  and that was written I suspect in the late 60s to 70s.. :)
