I own 2 commercial buildings on a very high traffic 4 lane road (50,000 + per day) very good location, purchased 15 years ago and used it for my company, expanded to another building next door.  My question is, i plan on leasing both properties as i just purchased another i want to move my business to where everything is under one roof,  i was getting a sign made with my contact info and for lease by owner with website with all the floor plans, taxes, insurance, light bills everything, should i also use loopnet or other similar services to list as otherwise it would only be visible to prospects traveling the road?  from what i read if you use loopnet they dont get a commission right but i suppose i would need to sign up for the premium service approx $245.00/ month

thougths? suggestions?
