Bad luck comes in threes ( and fours sometimes)  A little over a month  ago I picked up a nice little 2/1 to rehab and rent out .

This only gives me three weeks!

But I've also been through a costly divorce I had to put on credit and have two kids half time, pay child support, and have three awesome step kids.
