To say that it "can't be done" or is "too dumb to try" is utter nonsense; and should be recognized as such.I'm sorry if my successful story was not sufficient for your inquisitive mind.

If not city of San Diego, the courts have been treating a year residency by family for over 1 year as sufficient indication that it was not done simply to circumvent AB1482.
