I do not feel too comfortable with having to pay for her side of the roof, but I could consider it if there is not other option, however, I am afraid of future liability issues if what the consultant stated is right. 2) $ 5620.00 by Bachman's Roofing, the Sales consultant, stated that there is not need to do my neighbors roof together.

For a bird I would tell them to open windows and leave it alone for a while if they weren't comfortable catching it but I wouldn't be making the trip over or paying for anyone to help them get it out.

That 2% rule would be a good rule to live by if you want to see positive cash flow.Then you have to go find a market you may not be familiar with and immerse your self in that location and get comfortable with the people you are going to work with.Two big takeaways I learned at my local real estate meetups are:1 - Nobody cares as much about your Sh** as much as you do.2 - Next!

We do a walk through within hours of closing and do a hold-back of funds to cure any defects like trash out or eviction.If the parties agree that the seller can stay for a period of time, we execute a "use and occupancy" agreement that details the per diem cost, utilities, insurance, etc.

Hello my aunt unfortunately passed and she left me her condo and I wanted to evict her husband for multiple reasons one being he thinks he is going to stay there and not pay the bills and me basically take care of him, so I wanted to know is there any issues or problems with evicting someone during the winter or any other legal Issues I may encounter during the eviction process?
