There is a space after the clause for tenant's initials. 

As they're demoing the roof (and making a HUGE mess around the property, tar and gravel roof+ pine needles being thrown around the yard with no tarps), he comes back and tells me that spacing between the decking is too far apart compared to code, and it's going to be an extra $3,500 to redeck the entire roof (could have told me this when he gave me the initial quote, wasn't hard to see that).

They rent the space they're in and the landlord and his broker were very selective about who they wanted to take over.

It's up to the particular home if a specific space is included in gross living area.

After the inspection, the inspector found several items that needed immediate attention like drain pipe in crawl space was disconnected from house, new AC units were needed and a few more items that the seller actually agreed to repairing before closing.

I've done as little as 18" of countertop space not counting the sink space.
