@Jonathan Greene I was looking more outside of the Monmouth county area just because prices tend to be a little high in my area and I think I can get a better bang for my buck outside.

I have just read David Greene's book sold and Gary Keller's book the millionaire real estate agent.

@Alecia Loveless, the book you’ve mentioned in your post was written by David Greene who used to be a police officer in Northern California, but he is now a real estate investor.

If you have a green thumb, I might be reaching out for some gardening tips.

She has been honest so far with red flag properties but recently she gave me a green light on a property that was on a busy street with no driveway & only parking on one side of the street.

My advice: find a rockstar agent (like David Greene) always says), and that agent will help you get your ducks in a row.

@Jonathan Greene yes, definitely considered living in one of the basement units myself. 

As long as you have what David Greene calls your core 4 you should be in good shape.
