Travis Sun Serious? Cracked foundation and step cracks on wall

I just spoke to a contractor (he offers waterproofing services for foundations - so I question his expertise).He said that because the foundation is block, the blocks will shift at different speeds - thus generating the cracks.What do you guys think?

Nick,It's almost impossible to determine from just these few photos but normally cracks in the mortar joints are signs of building shift which could be due to foundation movement or possible water intrusion.

Haven't bought anything from Holton-Wise and am positive they are a great company.Perhaps I (and James) should have used the word "defamatory" instead, defined as:  tends to lower the victim in the estimation of right-thinking member of society generally;tends to make them shun or avoid the victim;subjects the victim to public hatred, contempt or ridicule; ordemeans the victim in his or her profession or business.

I understand the eviction part, but my confusion is, eviction is just the posession part of things, when you hit the super-sloth mode on that, why didn't you shift gears and focus on the financial side, and financial remedies?
