I have been using the templates on constant contact for my email blasts to wholesale buyers.However, with the proliferation of blackberrys and other tech phones, ive noticed the html doesnt work on blackberry phones etc, and alot of times people check mail on their phone but not on their computer these days.So I am thinking about making my emails all text, with a few links at the bottom to more pictures etc.Wondering what people think about this strategy?

As the market peaked, I saw the writing on the wall it was time to pull back as the bottom might fall out soon... well 3 years later it did fall, and I was lucky to be sitting in a rentals that I owned at less than 50% LTV... and cash.
