Idea for postcard....

Tell me if this sounds like a good idea for a postcard.

Let's say you are out driving and looking for properties and you run across an ugly, boarded up house with weeds growing up in it. You take a picture of the house from the most unflattering perspective and put that picture on the front of the post card.
Then just add text at the bottom of the picture that says,
"Are you tired of this property?'

Put your info on the back and mail it to them.
