It has been stated many times and there are penealties if you do not follow through.Credit is more than what you get from the bank or financial institution, it is your reputation as well.

BE ethical, the money is going to come so don't tarnish your reputation in the meantime.

Problem is, you'll need to find a reputable guru bunch, if I were you, and that might not be easy.
