G'Day everyone,It's your favorite Aussie here lolI've been living in the US for 5+ years now and there is one thing that hasn't stopped happening.And that is regular folks always trying to screw me on price because of my Aussie accent.From the mechanic trying to charge an extra $200 to get brakes replaced to contractors padding bids and doing stupid pricing.Does anyone have suggestions on how to better protect yourself and to avoid this stuff?

We sent a notice to quit last week, Wednesday, via certified mail signature required, and regular first class mail.

Many of us get tired of writing the same information over and over again just because someone doesn't want to search for information that has already been covered over and over again.What you have read about de minimus is incorrect and has been covered here by both myself, our employees, as well as a number of other people who post here regularly.

@Nabeel Kurji i work in sugarland. i take 99 all the way down from cypress. its about a 40 minute commute. i dont mind it. my house is from 2001 so 16 years and besides regular maintenance no issues... its very important to know the builder responsible for the construction of your house.. there are builders here in houston that their properties dont last 5 years and there are some like my (David Weekly) that will go decades without any issues.

Just watch for the specific counties policies in Airb renting versus regular/long term renting and be sure you get your rental license/certificate.

I would like to find someone In the area that I could possible use on the regular bases.

I'm pretty much like everyone on here who got tired of the regular 9 to 5 job and dreamed of bigger and better realities.  

So basically someone that comes in cheaper than regular contractors who work for people who don't know anything!

Matt,I am speaking to marketing, when the lead comes in they need to be set up for multiple campaigns and alerts, I am speaking to several things:new similar listingschanges on the properties showed(price, sold..etc)market reports for potential sellers, which would give prospect insight on what their property is worth All of this data is in MLS and it would require lots of manual work to compile data like that on regular basesFrom what I understand all of this can be set up in Top Producer, so these campaigns and alerts are triggered automatically.Let me know if that makes sense
