While I'm sure some people like explaining deals over the phone, personally I'd rather send/receive them in my email so I can look at the numbers on paper.

I agree if it is a large market being in a hadicap situation would be an excellent marketing tool.

IRS rules are very clear: disqualified person is not allowed to receive any direct or indirect benefit from his IRA.

(Contract for Deed) The home closed in September of 2010 and the interpreter took over his property in December of 2010 and has had possession of his property ever since until a court recently awarded possession to his wife who received the property by way of a Quit Claim Deed.

The positives:Usually self detects trips.Can request excel compatible reports.Includes a notes fieldProvides capability to manually start a trip.has a category selection that allows easily categorizing business versus personal.has a means to connect 2 trips into one which could be desired if it thinks there is separate trips such as could happen for a lunch stop.Negatives:When they started they indicated that it would be free forever and then they started charging. 

And yes I have excel spreadsheets for my full-time income + my part-time income.
