Rental rates are already increasing in cost rapidly as it is and if you suddenly force housing providers to throw up their hands at unreasonable regulations and start selling their portfolio off those prices just keep climbing.

They appreciate more rapidly when the economy rebounds also.

A rapid transit system will be needed.

so i finally moved states with my family and we are so ready to stop working for others. im ready to start investing but im having a hard time meeting other investors in grand rapids or michigan(Maybe because i work too manys hours). what are some good places to look when you want to get a partnership and do deals with other investors to start?
