I have decided not to pursue conventional higher education (i.e. college or tradeschool) I have no aversion to hard work but would rather utilize my blood sweat and tears to make myself money, not somebody else.I am fully aware real estate is not a get rich quick scheme so I'm coming to the forums to ask for any advice on what vehicle of real estate investing I should pursue...

They know what they're doing and will work to get the problem handled as quickly and as efficiently as they can because frankly, if they don't collect rent they dont get paid and they dont want to toy around with that tenant just as much as you dont want to.

I had an agent friend trying to buy an REO, got stalled by “title problems” no timeline to cure......a quick search of the foreclosure file showed they forgot to name a junior mtg in the foreclosure...they were going back into court to vacate the foreclosure, start again naming the junior mtg holder, yada yada.....6 months minimum.
