Look closely at the quality of the '14 remodel.  

I'm sure there's not enough detail in this post without quality pictures to base an opinion off of, but I essentially want to know if the uneven tile is a foretelling of something much larger, and should be avoided altogether, and if an inspector will easily be able to tell me what the cause of the uneven tile is. 

Build your reputation as a reliable quality contractor, then you will have the seed money for flips. 

They don't bother to find quality tenants or screen them as well as you probably would.

I stopped by their showroom in Kettering and I was not impressed by the quality of the used products or their pricing.
