If so from where should I obtain all the paperwork such as the contract and etc? 

I'm dealing with someone who refuses to communicate and if I go over and ask questions accuses me of harassment, so there is no chance of working together to obtain government relief of some kind.

I am trying to acknowledge the small accomplishments being made through the meetings, knowledge, and internship I have obtained.

Currently researching the best method for us to obtain our first property and which type of property that would be.  

I just requested the public bankruptcy filing from the courts to see if I can get any more info. 

Of course it also all related to time value of money, a concept in which the general public is quite weak on comprehending.  

What screws me is the flood insurance that the lender is requiring me to obtain on 4 of the houses.

Besides, most HML are going to have a lien on the property that is a matter of public records. 

I don't think Texas is a public record state, though, so you might not be able to.
