Wholesaling as an intern/beginner

Corey Terrell
Posted

Intro

It has been 3-4 weeks since I got fired from my fresh out of college job. I worked at this restaurant for about 8 months and they let me go because I had a too busy schedule.

Current

So right now I am interning for this brokerage learning all that I can scheduling meetings as much as I can but I am broke.

I know the basics of what needs to be done in a whole sale deal but I haven’t made the commitment to make a sale. I am trying to acknowledge the small accomplishments being made through the meetings, knowledge, and internship I have obtained. It is hard though very very hard to be happy when I have no money coming in.

Conclusion

I am not giving up I do not want to even act like I want to because I don’t. I’m here bringing this conversation up because there is someone who needs to be put in a home out there, there is someone who needs help understanding how to sell there home. I know this is my calling I’m not afraid to cold call. I don’t know if I need a valid contract or if I need to find a better one to actually commit to a deal but someone please help me break through this cap of success.!!! 🤦🏽‍♂️
