Oh.....And not LA county CA...not do-able....well not with out a crap ton of brute force, last time i checked which was a couple years ago, viewing the property data/tax data required a code that is printed on the actual mailed tax bill that is mailed to the property owner.All in all, scraping a whole state.... not do-doable unless you have a team big enough to account for each scrape....

I agree with Joel things have swung a bit too far in other direction which is understandable.. to a degree.......I have been and am currently being put through the ringer with a top 5 national lender on a small 2 family purchase.They just FINALLY issued me a committment with such crazy conditions that the committment isn't worth the paper it's printed on!!!

As a side-note: I used to use TurboTax to create, print, and electronically file 1099's with the IRS - HOWEVER, TurboTax has now decided we need to buy their $200 version in order to maintain this functionality.

Too easy these days to scan it in and clean it up before printing that "copy".If they are seeing lots of rejections then they have to go looking for somebody who is advertising that they won't pull credit, or go to somebody too stupid to get the credit reports.
