I think you really have trouble understanding loan product.

Hi Everyone, This is my first time posting so I apologize if this is the wrong forum.

This will be a bit of a long post but if you care to read through it thank you in advance!

Their legal right to even restrict post 2011 agreement between state and counties would be a gray area and I have never heard of anyone being cited. 

 I posted this in starting out but got no response.

Andy You don't need to notify the tenants for common areas provided there is no expectation of privacy in those areas, however as another posted, you may still piss someone off so the best practice is to send a message that you will be doing common maintenance work.
