I've become a counselor for partners in my office and it's not fun.

Should I keep looking at deals if I come across a smoking deal do I present it to a investor or a loan officer and see if i can get pre approved, what do you guys think? 

Some offices are excellent, some are terrible but most are just slow. 

The most important thing is to work with a broker or loan officer that has experience calculating rental and tip income.I hope this helps and have a good one.
