Saving, buying, and investing are pretty difficult on a teacher's salary, so I'm hoping to learn from the wealth of knowledge here.

I'm thinking of downsizing it and combining two of the units to where it might at least a 2/2 but maybe a 3/2.

Hi Tony:The best way to handle is to visit the city planning department which zoning is usually part of to see if a variance is granted, and examine the plans filed.

We get commercial financing through small regional banks who often require us to make rent deposits as a condition of our loan agreement so we 'choose' whichever bank gives us financing.

I also appreciate you pointing out the turn around each week on two properties would be difficult.  

However my main question is what service can I use to report their rent regardless of tenant participating or not.
