Now 20+ years later, dad is dead and my brother needed to use that driveway and the gentleman went out, tried stopping him and then blocked entrance onto my moms property from her own driveway claiming he owned it.

Look into a fund of funds approach to maintain investor relations with your investors or simply partner into the main syndication by bringing in investors or playing a role.

Our concerns center around our children playing in the yard with guest that we don't know on our property.  

I'm just brain storming trying to approach the issues in a systemic way versus of playing whack a mole when something needs attention. 

Investing in currencies & the stock market is the same as playing slots in vegas. 

I can't swing a dead cat without hitting 3 wholesalers sending me unsolicited texts, calls, snail mails or worse yet, paying someone else to call me. 

Those who know how to play the game can drag things out for a year (no COVID issues). 

It’s all a little complex for a first deal, but If there’s a better way to play the deal I’d like to do so.

Whether or not the "money is dead" as equity or sitting in the bank, if it isn't earning a higher return versus what it is costing you then it isn't helping you.
