Eviction of Tenant New Owner

I am considering purchasing a single family dwelling in Texas with an existing tenant who has not paid rent since February 2021. She is a huge hoarder with an overgrown unkept yard. There is no lease agreement to be found. How tough would it be to evict her? Great price on property. Is this work pursuing?

Ask for it to be delivered vacant.  Do a walk through before closing and make sure she is out along with all of her stuff.
