I'm finally looking to get out of analysis paralysis and pull the trigger on my REI journey and i want to start out as a co-host on AirBNB to learn the ropes from someone more experienced, learn enough to where I feel comfortable to host my own and earn a few dollars in the process.The only issue I have is that I have no experience as a co-host and per AirBNB's standard, i currently do not qualify as a Co-Host.

I am not sure where I should start.So, if any of you wise individuals out there have any advice or tips to make this journey a bit smoother, I'd be incredibly grateful.

If the trust is what is called a "disregarded entity" (meaning it does not have it's own TIN and does not file a tax return) then the activity of that property is reported on your personal tax return. 

In my personal opinion this is a very small issue that can be easily handled in a Saturday afternoon Congrats on having 2 rentals in this market!

I'll happily go 50/50 if someone is willing to take me on the journey of this particular deal. 

The Dominican Republic can be a great place to invest but, personally, Punta Cana would be the last place I'd invest in.Two years ago, during a meeting I had at the Ministry of Tourism in Santo Domingo, one of the head honchos there clearly told me "If I were you, I wouldn't invest in Punta Cana".

Rentredi is also a popular one (paid service) but I can't give my personal experience on that.

The property has been reported on the deceased's personal tax return. 

I'd always recommend flying out to where you plan to invest to get a feel for the market and to meet your team in person.
