You can then manage it yourself and learn the ropes before you expand.Every area of the country works you simply have to find the right property.

However I am based outside of the country I want to invest in and won’t live there or can't for the next few years.I am planning on investing in rental properties.

But you still have people moving around the country I just sold one of my new builds to someone Monday .. 

The US is one of the, if not the only, country in the world where fixed rate loans are even an option.Starting off, I’d recommend the fixed route like basically everyone else.Good luck
