Hi,

Does anybody knows Florida rental law? Is it hard to evict a bad tenant? Do they (Florida government) have price control, property inspection, etc.?

Thank you.

@Boris Sooner. Welcome to Bigger Pockets!

Such a broad open question is a lot to ask of people to answer. If you are just getting started in real estate investing, you need to do some of your homework first. Why not start with reading up on Florida landlord-tenant law yourself? Do some searches with Google and some searches for previous discussions about aspects pertaining to Florida here on Bigger Pockets (use the search box). Also, explore the depth of this website, especially the education tab. You will find the answers to your questions, but you will need to put some effort into it. If you have a specific question about landlording or a current dilemma you'd like some feedback on, then ask us about that.

All the best!
