I am very interested in investing in REITs or in online crowd-funding projects to have as a good source of cash-flows, yet I cant seem to find an online broker or crowd-funding website that allows international citizens and international banks.

So far all of the properties I have seen on platforms such as Zillow and Realtor are decent but could use a little love.

In Florida there is a very good book for DIY land trust by Mark Warda.There are also more generalist information that you can buy online.
