Do you need to notarize your seller and buyer contracts to make them official documents before you can start the deal?

Hi, my name is Kevin Casillas, me and my wife are beginning investors.We currently own a duplex and just purchased our second investment property last week.I live in Wilson, NC and commute daily to RTP area.Have been a member of BP since February 2019, but have simply been in the background learning from podcasts and books, but wanted to take the next step and officially become involved in BP.

Have a great income and had just started with my first duplex when less than a month later my company announced they were shutting down the plant.

Then all three tenants and the landlord sign it before it's official.

You should think about attending a few of these meetings to meet the local officials and ask some questions about what kind of development they want to see and what they think the area will support.
