I may have solutions that they don't.

We used them in our own house, but they are not a cost effective solution for anything other than a {very} high end rental.  

My entire first floor is a modern functioning office, but I’ve never claimed it for tax purposes.

You can get about 90% accuracy with an online service such as TitlePro 24/7 but I find that cumbersome and 90% is not accurate when the money goes hard.So, your best solution is to use a service like PropertyRadar to tag the properties that interest you.  

Not exactly sure if this painter is the right choice- but on a quick notice, he is the best solution so far. 

As of now it's still not fixed and I'd like to take care of it sooner than later so if you have a solution for me please let me know.
