This included putting the residents up in a hotel for 3 nights while the electric panels were replaced and treated for bed bug and German roach infestations.

The old wood siding will need to be replaced as well because of combined termite and squirrels going buffet style on it.With all that being said I'm wondering if anyone has remediation experience with major termite issues.

A large deck would need to have vinyl decking replace.

I would recommend insulating the property and looking at replacement windows if they have not been updated.

Specifically it needs some old wooden windows replaced with energy efficient ones, an HVAC overhaul, and gutters added.

Have also had a few window replacements.
