I mostly dabbled into stock investing but I find it somewhat boring.For me there is just too much to learn in REI and I really like challenges plus I like to kind of get active out there and get my hands dirty.My gameplan isGet into buy and hold Single Family Residential and mobile homes Investing whether locally or in emerging markets out of State.Build cash and then invest into Small Multi-Family residentsHopefully after building even more cash then invest into apartments, commercial property, raw lands, and mobile home parks.I'm open to connecting with like minded people to share knowledge and maybe potentially collaborate with.

Hey guys, I've been looking for some good software/apps that provide me a quick dashboard/visualization of my investment portfolio and returns to date (owner of a number of single family homes) Ideally I want it to do a few things : - track the rental market and let me know if I should increase/decrease my rent automatically - track insurance / property tax cycles and auto-update my ROI on properties- automatically track equity and valuation of home (based on market tracking) - would be super-cool if it could automatically integrate with my bank accounts to calculate my ROI, but thats probably harder. 

You could set up a Google Voice phone number which will allow you to have a separate phone number for real estate (side hustle) related phone calls.By downloading the app on any smart phone, you will have the ability to use your regular phone for your day job while using the Voice app for anything else, and you can set up a separate answering machine message for when you're not able to answer.

I have 13 years experience as a licensed SC manufactured housing dealer and contractor, flipping and owner financing mobile homes.

I'm currently living in Korea and investing ing Jacksonville, Florida, as well as now focusing on Mobile Home Park investments.I wrote a long post this weekend on a meetup group I've started out here.

I have already began collecting contacts and was wondering if anyone had any advice on how to keep track of them and if anyone has a favorable app they use, ect. 

Mobile home parks are primarily land buys...multi-family units are dwelling buys.  

I'm looking to maybe flip some houses in the Mobile area.
