A little bit about myself: I'm a newer investor, bought my first rental in Feb 2022 in the Loma Linda/ Redlands, CA area that I currently manage while working a full-time job in the medical field.

I have a couple years of experience in managing 40ish short term rentals remotely & on-site, so I believe I could use a management incentive to lower my buy in.Thank you!

The current model doesn't allow for proper compensation for a management company, therefore they give you a lackluster service.

Currently in grad school but previously worked in hybrid social service/tenant management roles inside affordable housing developments so I've seen some of the worst of the worst.

I say that because I have spent over a decade managing risk for a large multifamily lender, and as a result, I have found myself quite risk averse - to the point that I am just now getting into investing in real estate for myself.  

(granted, the land was 50% of that... but the investor walked away with a nice 6 figure profit and never had to pick up a single hammer)As a reference, I made my living as an RVP/General Manager for one of the largest Manufactured and Modular home companies in Florida and specialized in both high end modulars as well as "Mobile Home Park" turn-arounds.
