Do you focus on local Florida cities or do you diversify across multiple states?

I had called my two local Title Companys and asked them and one had no idea what i was talking about!

We had a local investor that lead us to this deal it was turn key 4 unit for 68k.

Anyone lending on a build is going to run a title search on the land and see the lien.
