Between me being licensed and flipping houses now for 10 years or so, I've held one open house.  

I have my real estate license and I am too actively pursuing investment opportunities.

Is he even licensed or registered to sell investments ?  

Always do the analysis numbers and try to look at the property before you make an offer or at least have a clause in the sales contract that will allow you a little time to insect the property and possibly back out of the deal without a penalty that is greater then your earnest money.I got a broker's license and renewed it for about 30 years.

I was a realtor for 2 years and at the time wasn't sure what I wanted to do so I didn't renew my license (that was 2014).

I am a licensed managing broker and primarily work with investors(foreign and domestic).

Just make sure to get additional references and check licenses etc. before you hire anybody.

Besides what is required by law to be done by a  licensed professional.
