The only reason that its not way more $ considering how close it is is that there is a highway that divides it AND the schools are horrible, like active gang activity in the highschool bad, but if you don't have kids and even if you're planning on them a few years out, the schools there will get better, its just going to take a bit.

Hello peers I’ve recently got into Wholesaling and wanted to know if any experienced bodies could give me some good tips?

I suppose house hacking COULD be possible, however I'm wanting a bigger house to have room and stability for my fiance and her kids, so living for a year and then moving to something else may or may not be something that's on the table.

I want to use wholesaling to acquire the money needed for the 3.5% down on my FHA loan any tips or advice on getting into my first wholesaling deal.
