Two part question (rehab and strategy)
Ok so for my first question, what are the rules/laws on adding on rooms to a house. This probably changes per state but for me, California law would help the best
Second, I’m looking into a property in a D class market, should I rent it out and get cash flow, or fix and flip and build capital for a bigger house?
Any tips would help thx
