It seems like anyone could just fake a log...There are various Free Apps that actually automatically tracks your mileage (Miles IQ)and that is contemporaneous that IRS has no problem if ever audited. 

For my first three guests I used Slice... a super simple app-based product.

I chat them up, and ask questions about their rental app, and their situation.

Never used the app lol.

It’s a new application that has been integrated into all major bank mobile apps.

Anyone know an app I can have tenants use for a walkthrough property condition report where they can take pics of damage spots?

I have simplisafe in my flip and with the upgraded monitoring I have an app that alerts me when the alarm is armed/disarmed and HOW it was armed (my pin, secondary pin, or keychain remote).

I use Cash App but the most current payments I get with Tenants who go to my bank and deposit cash into my account.
