Mortgage Note Investing!

I am just starting with real estate investing - this is quite a learning experience

While it is possible, and more likely than in areas that are not rent controlled, investing is, for many investors, a game of probabilities, and each time a tenant leaves is an opportunity to reset rents at market - which rises much faster than rent control. 

Invest a few hours into trying to find a replacement and you should have a good start towards righting the ship.

I am just starting out and have yet to purchase my first investment property.

Should I look for invest properties outside of Florida to avoid high insurance costs? 

Recently, my husband and I sold our home in TX with one objective - to kick off our real estate investment journey.

Just be aware that asking members of the public to “invest” in your business can implicate securities laws, which you want to avoid. 

I am currently a 19 year old looking to simply gain as much financial education, simultaneously saving money for future investments. 

The lists are just talking points overall and I agree they should never be taken as a definitive answer to what market to invest in.
