Very good commercial RE brokers who deal with developers can be a good first stop to.. and then of course your always welcome when the courthouses are open to just go in make an appointment with a planner and look at things over the counter you can learn a lot there. 

There are so many docs you can buy on the internet these days.

The agent helping me has set up an appointment to see the property this Tuesday only thing is, the owner wants to see a proof of funds before even considering selling to me, all my studding has led me to first finding the deal than worry about how to fund it after finding it.

It just amazes me that employers can fire workers just for what they may have posted on the internet.
