HELP!! 203k Contractor Switch

Hi, I have a contractor that has not started on my job in over 2 months. I have another contractor that I’d like to get assigned to the job and appoint as the new GC. Does anyone know what the process is like for switching contractors on a 203k loan? This is a $96k job so I need to get this guy out!!!
