Also, if you want to use some of the land for something other than mobile homes I would consider subdividing, building/installing doublewides, and selling them.

If it was installed with wire mess you can pull it up without a power tool in a couple hours.

I just installed it and started using it.

If not approved by your significant other than I would install a patio using pavers since its low the the ground with 1 or 2 steps to get there. 

I am planning on installing black louvered shutters on the three front windows.

I am thinking I need to "cover" that area with some locked metal but I am unsure as what to devise...Any suggestions anyone?

My tenant called, and they want to pay to install a tornado shelter (this is the kind that goes in the garage floor; only takes a couple of hours and costs around $2500).

So, if a french drain would be installed, it would have to extend the length of the driveway as well I would assume as that is the direction that the drain would have to flow.
