I think if you are overly concerned about those obstacles, then you might consider talking to some of those turn-key investment groups, there are some good ones that find the deals, fix the property, and get the property management in place, so all you need to do is get the mortgage in place.

He gives great advice to people who have multiple debt sources and need to learn the fundamentals to simply get out.I don't believe Ally falls under this category because from her post we can infer that she:- Has savings- Creates positive net income every month- Has no other debt besides student loansIf the OP plans to buy a house at some point in her life, there is no better time to do it than now.
