How To Utilize Wife
I'm buying a 4-unit to house hack with FHA. The mortgage is in my name only. How can I use having a wife as an asset to getting more investment properties? Can we do anything with FHA in her name? I know FHA requires a live-in owner, but if the numbers make sense even if we can't collect rent on one of the units, does it make sense to buy a second property in her name? How else can I utilize having a two-person investment team as opposed to just myself? Besides the obvious and great dual income and sharing expenses.
