Have you noticed a stronger draw to your property since you have implemented this plan?

One of the complexes didn't have an approval process when we first bought there, but a few years later implemented it. 

If I implement the renter profile feature, the tenant would be giving the previous landlord permission to post a landlord reference about them. 

The latter relying more on the market to drive up prices while the former excites owners of MF because of the creativity and ingenuity to drive up values by implementing solutions that improve the opportunity to drive up rents.

Most notably we have begun bringing EnerPHit measures into our retrofits.While we often have a property evaluated pre and post retrofit (Canada uses EnerGuide testing/rating which is similar to a HERS rating) we do so to quantify our implemented efficiency measures and track their payback.Lenders here have been slow to provide products either focused on or that reward the undertaking of significant energy efficiency measures.

If you implement this plan, it requires creating a management company that consistently loses money.
