Now I am filling out the TREC 20-12 agreement and not exactly sure how or where to write that out.For the survey, the only 2 options are Buyer pays or Seller pays...No option to split.Same thing goes for title insurance.Can someone please help clarify?

We were supposed to move in on September 5th but I just got a call today from the agent (landlords representative) saying we might not be able to move in at all.The current tenants are in the process of closing on a house, but there is some possible title trouble and if the sale does not go through, I was informed the current tenants will be staying in the apartment.Is the landlord/homeowner required to rent to me?
